Management of electronic notifications<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>[\/vc_column][vc_column rt_bg_effect=”classic” rt_bg_image_repeat=”repeat” rt_bg_size=”auto auto” rt_bg_position=”right top” rt_bg_attachment=”scroll”][vc_column_text]The management of electronic notifications is an evident reality in the digital transformation of companies. Since the launch of Royal Decree 1363\/2010 of October 29, which regulates cases of notifications and mandatory administrative communications (NEO) by electronic means within the scope of the AEAT and subsequently Law 39\/2015, a path has not begun which profoundly transforms the way in which the Public Administration relates to companies and citizens.<\/p>\n

The provision of Electronic Notifications at the headquarters of the different organizations completely replaces the sending of the postal notifications we knew so far.<\/p>\n

The objective of EdasNotifications is to offer an alternative to the tedious manual process of reviewing offices and downloading notifications, avoiding that a company can be notified as having elapsed 10 days after making the electronic notification available without it being able to really download it (with the exception of the courts, with a period of between 3 and 5 days, and the Provincial Councils, with 20 days from its availability).<\/p>\n

This software allows to automatically monitor all the societies that the client needs, with multiple certificates, and monitor any agency (AEAT, TGSS, DGT, Notifications 060, AGE, CCAA, Town Halls, etc.).<\/p>\n

EdasNotifications allows the download, manual or automatic, completely massive or selective of the notifications made available, triggering distribution processes among the users involved in the organization and launching workflows for the controlled processing of each of the notifications received and the presentation of documents in the common electronic register (REC).<\/p>\n
